Do you ship worldwide? I do not live in the United States. Can I still order CraftOptics?
CraftOptics ships worldwide. When you checkout, you simply add your shipping address. Shipping is free within the United States and Canada, a flat fee of $30 to Mexico, and $50 to all other countries.
We ship via USPS Priority Mail in the US and to countries outside of the US.
- We make every effort to ship your custom item out within 14 business days of receiving your completed order and prescription. DreamBeam Lights ship within 3-7 days of order placement.
- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number from the carrier. Within the US, delivery is typically within 3-4 business days from the ship date.
- Shipping times may be longer on international orders due to customs, which is out of our control. Please note: All customs, duties & taxes are the customer’s responsibility and are governed by the country you live in.
- *Shipping times may be slightly longer during holidays. If you have a time sensitive gift, you may wish to consider a gift certificate which can be delivered promptly via email.
