Do you ship worldwide? I do not live in the United States. Can I still order CraftOptics?
CraftOptics ships worldwide. When you checkout, you simply add your shipping address. Shipping is calculated at checkout. We ship via USPS Ground or Priority Mail in the US and Priority to countries outside of the US.
- We make every effort to ship your custom item out within 14 business days of receiving your completed order and prescription. DreamBeam Lights ship within 3-7 days of order placement.
- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number from the carrier. Within the US, delivery is typically within 3-4 business days from the ship date.
- Shipping times may be longer on international orders due to customs, which is out of our control. Please note: All customs, duties & taxes are the customer’s responsibility and are governed by the country you live in.
- *Shipping times may be slightly longer during holidays. If you have a time sensitive gift, you may wish to consider a gift certificate which can be delivered promptly via email.
