I love my CraftOptics and DreamBeam, and wish I bought them sooner. They make all my crafting activities easier since I’m not struggling to see and I have far less stress on my neck. I recently had a problem with my DreamBeam, but Jeff responded to me on a weekend and the problem was resolved 100%. In addition to a wonderful product, they have great customer service. Thank you.
