Jeff, Kate and Trish have gone far more than the extra mile to ensure that I have a telescope which functions well for me.  I bought my telescopes in 2012 but experienced eyestrain when wearing them.  About two weeks ago I contacted the office for a way to resolve this.  The +1.50 in the set I purchased was evidently too strong along with the telescopes.  Kate talked with me first followed by a conversation with Jeff.  They sent two sets of telescopes and said to try them both to see what worked best.  The +1.25 was still too strong although it did not cause as much eyestrain as the +1.50.  The miracle solution is a combination of plain lenses in the glasses part and the telescopes.  This combination allows me to work comfortably with 11/0 seed beads and I anticipate being able to also work with 15/0 while wearing my CraftOptics.  Thank you to Jeff, Kate and Trish.
