I have to tell you, these are the best things ever!!  I was really concerned about getting them; I had cataract surgery 3 years ago and went from being extremely near-sighted to far-sighted, and it has been driving me bonkers trying to find something that would help me see the details that I need to see for my enameling.  After trying multiple magnification devices, and being frustrated with the results of each one, and several different pairs of glasses, I was giving up hope that I would ever be able to see the details again, which was just killing me.

I talked with my eye doctor, and even he wasn’t sure about how these would work.  The impetus for finally giving in and getting them was changing jobs and having money in my flex account I didn’t want to lose 🙂  And they are FABULOUS!!!  I have my details back, and they don’t even have as much depth-of-field limitation as I was afraid they would.

Still getting used to sitting at the right distance, but I have that issue with my glasses anyway after years of ‘get closer to see better.’
