Prescription Change

Love your CraftOptics Magnifying Glasses, but your prescription has changed? We’ll replace your lenses with the updated prescription. Prescription updates include a complete inspection, laser alignment of the optics and thorough cleaning so your CraftOptics arrive back home in top condition.

If you have your prescription handy, simply ship your set of CraftOptics, along with a copy of your new prescription to:

Do not disassemble the magnifiers from the glasses frames. Do not send the DreamBeam battery as that may slow shipping times.

If you don’t have your prescription handy, we’ll be happy to contact your optical professional for you.

• Normal  10-business-day turnaround once we receive your package. Use the travel case or other protective, safe packaging.
• We will install your new prescription, clean and adjust your CraftOptics and ship them back to you.
• Trackable – You will receive a tracking notice via email.
• Prescription change orders from Canada will be charged a $32 return shipping fee in addition to the prescription cost.
