How does the money back guarantee work? What is the warranty on the products?

Everything we sell has a money back guarantee! If, within 45 days of receiving your CraftOptics you find you are not happy with the product, we will take care of you. Often all that is needed is a change in working distance or even an adjustment of the lens configuration, which we will do for you at no cost. If you need more time, simply let us know. Our goal is for you to have a product that works well for you, period.

If you still find you are not delighted, you can return it for a full refund (no deduction for the cost of your custom prescription).  Simply call us at 888 444 7728 for a RMA number, and mail it back to us at CraftOptics, 931 E. Main Street, Suite 23, Madison, WI 53703 with the RMA written on the box. Please print the RMA clearly on the package and return via any traceable shipping. Any returns received without an RMA may have refund processing delays.

CraftOptics has a lifetime warranty on the telescopes and hinge, and a 3-year warranty on all other products and components and one year on the DreamBeam battery. If anything breaks under normal use, we’ll simply replace it.

During the 45 day money-back guarantee period, if you find that you would like to switch the working distance of your CraftOptics, or make any other change, please contact us at 888-444-7728 to request an exchange/return authorization number (RMA) or email [email protected] Please print that RMA clearly on the package. Working distance changes will be made during the 45 day guarantee period at no charge. Please print the RMA clearly on the package and return via any traceable shipping.
