I want to place an order. What do I need?

Ordering CraftOptics is easy! If you have been thinking about ordering a set of CraftOptics and finally decided to give them a try, you will be guided step by step once you start the order.

Here is what you’ll need to complete your order. Once we have your information, we ship your order from our office within 10 business days.

PRESCRIPTION

A.  A copy of your complete eyeglass prescription, including your PD (pupillary distance-ask for this), OR,
B.  The name of the location where you had your eyeglasses made. We’ll call for you.

When ordering online, you will have the option to either email a photo of your prescription or have us call to get it for you.

If you need an eye exam, you can still order: EYE EXAM

C.  If you only wear readers, please use the power of your normal day to day reading glasses (not the stronger reader you may wear for your detail work–your new set of CraftOptics will give you all the magnification you need). More on reading corrections here: READERS

D. If you wear contact lenses, you will have either Plano (clear) lenses installed in your frames if you never wear readers, or have your reading correction installed if you wear reading glasses over your contacts. If you wear multi-focal contact lenses, you will likely have clear lenses installed. More details here: CONTACTS

WORKING DISTANCE

By far the most common working distance used is the Regular range (14-16″ from the front of your eye to the object). Read more about working distance selection here: WORKING DISTANCE

FRAME SIZE & COLOR

Two universal frame sizes are available, with size 51 being a “one size fits most” option. Order size 53 (black only) if you know you must wear large frames.Our titanium frames come in 3 colors: Red, Black or Purple: FRAME

PAYMENT
